Because we are professionals in this Industry since 1.987, with
thousands of vehicles commercialized since then. Our work is
based on the experience of 17 years to avoid mistakes. We do
acknowledge the market, our suppliers, transporters, the distribution
system and the Law and regulations in force. We are a moral
and financially solid Company that likes to speak frankly
both ways that when there is a problem it is always on the phone
to sort it out.
What
kind of vehicles and brands do we work ? to top
Either all-drive- wheel cars, passenger
cars or commercial cars have been our main market being heavy
vehicles and trucks out of our business.
Though the information about brands we provide on our Web Site
depends on the different situations and offers of the market,
so all the brands will not be available at any moment,
you can always ask the following Brands: Mitsubishi, Nissan,
Suzuki, Santana, BMW, Mini, Kia, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Audi, Volkswagen,
Toyota, Galloper.

the commercialized vehicles Spanish specifications and equipment

Yes, most of the cars exported by Ferrando Moto Import, S.L.
are so, nevertheless we also buy and sell cars from other countries
of the U.E. in which case the specifications and equipment are
typical of the country at source. For this and in the case of
different specifications to the Spanish ones we will inform
the client the equipment offered.
What
kind of warranty do our vehicles have ? to top
All of our vehicles are given out with the European Official
Warranty established by the manufacturer and it will be
given at the Service Network assigned to the country. According
with the New Warranty Consume Product Law, the minimum warranty
given by the manufacturer is for two years.
If the vehicles do not have Warranty for any particular reason
such as vehicles from another continent, new vehicles but damaged,
etc, it will be indicated in the offer.
Who
guarantees the perfect condition of the cars at the moment of
the delivery ? to top
Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. checks and makes check that the cars
are in mint condition before the delivery. As we are not a transport
company we entrust the freight of the cars to their final destination
to transport companies hired either by us or directly by the
client, in both cases with the total authorization of the client.
Being those transport companies outside our organization
it is their duty to make a meticulous check of the condition
of the cars at the loading in case there is any damage, being
obliged to note it down on the CMR or BL and being of
our company responsibility.
Does
the client have to check out the cars at their arrival ? to
top
Yes,
it is absolutely necessary the checking of the cars by the client
or the person in charge at the moment of their arrival
before signing the transport document CMR or BL and
before the driver leaves. Only this way the damage will
be considered done before the reception of the cars and any
responsibility will be avoided by the client.
What happens if the client receives any damaged
car ? to top
The client must note down in full
detail in the appropriate section of the CMR or BL the damages
or faults detected and make the driver verify, accept and
sign in the document this damages. If there is any discrepancy
on this the client must contact us or the transport company
before the driver leaves the installations to avoid any
responsibility.
The
copy for the consignee of the CMR or BL must be faxed to our
company and the transport company. If the damages were detected
and noted down before the loading of the cars they will be of
our entire responsibility if not it will be responsibility of
the transport company.
Do the transported cars have any transport insurance
? to top
Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. usually
values its cars EXWorks Spanish city (Madrid or Barcelona normally).
We are not a transport company so the insurance and the
legal responsibility will be met by the buyer. Even so,
the transport companies either by sea or road we offer to our
clients are of total reliability and solvency belonging
to The International Agreement of Good Transportation
so they are obliged to fulfil all the insurance requirements
by law.
It
will be responsibility of the buyer to contract any extended
insurance of any kind (e.g. fully comprehensive insurance policy)
bellow the one the transport company offers.
Do the prices include VAT or any other tax. ?

No, our prices for export are net
and tax free (any tax) according to the Spanish Law "Art.
2 Ley 37/1992 de IVA" for being vehicles addressed outside
the Spanish Country. The client will have to pay off the equivalent
taxes in the destiny country.
