• We are wholesalers. We don´t sell to the public..

• Unless it is agreed otherwise, the orders with a delivery time will only be accepted  and processed upon the reception of the 10% deposit fee into our Bank Account. The delivery of the vehicles, either in stock or ordered with delivery time, will be done upon the reception of the total amount of the invoice.

• Once the vehicles are ready to be collected, Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. will notify by fax or e-mail, having a maximum period of 15 days to make the payment. Since then if the payment has not been made the client will be charged the amount of 6 € per car per day as financial and parking expenses a maximum of 30 more days. Having passed 45 days if the payment has not been made unless otherwise agreed, Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. will understand the deal cancelled, the client will lose the deposit and the vehicles will be sold to third parties.

• The vehicles will be of Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. property till the invoice of  them has totally been paid off as well as, if that is the case,  the transport expenses or any other caused such as parking and financial mentioned in the previous section.

• The doubts or complains relating  to the invoice will be attended only within a period of 15 days after the payment of the vehicles, due to the deadline to submit the fiscal duty of our company.

• Unless it is agreed otherwise, Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. values its vehicles EX – Works any Spanish city ( Madrid or Barcelona usually). For it  and in case we provide the freight as an intermediary till the final destination indicated by the client, it will not be  in any case of our company  responsibility  any delivery delay, damages or  major problem the transport company may make. Any of this event will only be responsibility of the transport company or its transport insurance.

• The offered prices to export are net and VAT free according to the Spanish Law "Art. 25 Ley 37/1992 del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA)". For this, Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. demands to his clients a copy of the document of transportation (CMR, BL, DUA ...) signed and stamped after the arrival of the  merchandise along with a copy of the selling invoice signed and stamped by the consignee indicating that the reception has been satisfactory.

• Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. commits itself to delivering the documents in a maximum of 10 days after collecting the vehicles with the following documents: original sale invoice, original sale contract, Service Book and Warranty Book. In most of the vehicles the European C.O.C. will be provided. We will notify previous to the order when it is not possible to provide it and will offer the original Technical Card and a copy in substitution. All this documentation will be posted by Urgent courier to the client.

• The client accepts in its entirely and before making the order the Terms and Conditions hereby explained, being subject to any lawsuit arisen of the commercial relation with Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. in the Court of Madrid in accordance with the Spanish Law.
